The Limerick Elementary Home & School League would like to request a contribution for our 15th Annual Basket Raffle, themed “Believe & Achieve”, to be held on Saturday, February 24th, 2018. Last year, with the theme “Dream Big”, generous donations from companies helped us far surpass our fundraising goal and contributed toward an event that raffled off over 140 Baskets, 10 Grand Prizes and 4 Great Grand Prizes! We want to make sure this sellout event with over 350 attendees continues to grow as our school’s biggest fundraiser of the year and we truly hope that we can count on your support to make that happen.
Fundraising events like the basket raffle allow us to fund assemblies, field trips, family activity nights, free reading books and a variety of other projects that help meet the needs of the school and our children. These necessities include the construction of our innovative outdoor classroom and SMART Boards that allow teachers to deliver dynamic interactive lessons right in the classroom.
Donations of pre-made gift baskets (wrapped or unwrapped); gift cards/certificates; individual products & gift type items, as well as monetary contributions are greatly appreciated for use during the raffle and for our door and grand prize drawing components. To show our appreciation of your contribution, your business name will be listed in the event program guide that is distributed to hundreds of attendees that evening and will also be clearly acknowledged on signs for individual baskets or prizes. Businesses that contribute baskets, individual products, gift cards or cash valued at $75 or more will also be recognized on our Facebook page. Limerick Elementary Home and School League is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.
