Description
We are holding a Read-a-Thon to encourage student literacy and raise money for the Gym Enhancement Project. Specifically, this year the Dogwood Hill PTO is raising money for curtains and basketball hoops to enhance the school gymnasium.
Students read their goal minutes each day and parents, grandparents, family members, parents' coworkers, friends, and neighbotrs pledge amounts based on reading minutes.
We are looking for raffle prizes to reward student reading. Students who meet their daily reading goals each day of the two-week program will be entered to win their choice of a grand prize. These prizes will NOT be awarded based on donation amounts.
