On Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 12:00p- 4:00p, Goochland Pet Lovers will have our Rescue Dog Olympics and Adoption Event at Lickinghole Creek Craft Brewery! The entire community along with their furry friends are invited to come celebrate the joy ALL DOGS bring to our lives. The Rescue Dog Olympics is an adoption event that will feature canine inspired contests, prizes, pet-centric vendors, food trucks and activities the whole family will enjoy!
Most importantly, the heart of this event is honoring the love all dogs bring to our lives—especially rescue dogs! Thus, we are proud to highlight adoptable dogs from local rescue groups and shelters as our event “Gold Medalists”.
