RETRIEVER FEVER: A PAWS WITH A CAUSE EVENT

 Join us in attempting the largest retriever gathering in Michigan!

(Grand Rapids, Michigan) – Paws With A Cause (PAWS), a Michigan-based non-profit, is will be hosting its third annual Retriever Fever event! This free dog-friendly gathering will take place on September 23 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Riverside Park, 2001 Monroe NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505.

Who is the most beloved retriever? The Golden Retriever or the Labrador Retriever? Retriever Fever is an annual event for dog lovers to participate in a friendly competition to see who can raise the most support for PAWS in one afternoon. Last year the event brought roughly 600 people together!

 Special attractions include assistance dog demonstrations, a silent auction raffle, music, pet-themed vendor booths, dog photography, client testimonials, games, and prizes. Food and beverages will be served by some of Michigan’s favorite food trucks!

Your gift will change lives. As a non-profit Paws With A Cause enhances the independence and quality of life for people with disabilities through custom-trained Assistance Dogs. PAWS clients do not pay to receive their assistance dogs. There is no insurance or government funding available to sponsor assistance dogs. PAWS funding comes from individual donations and event sponsorships.

We are requesting sponsorships in any amount. This would be a wonderful addition to the event and would certainly enhance the dollars that are raised. Sponsorships can be in the form of a gift card or item donation OR we also have corporate sponsorships available.
