Messiah Fine Arts Ministry (MFAM) is a community outreach program of Messiah Lutheran Church in Yorba Linda. MFAM has entertained and served the community for over 25 years through its productions of plays and musicals. This summer's production of Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella is free to all participants of all ages throughout the community where everyone who auditions receives a part. Children, teens and adults learn all aspects of the theater including acting, dancing, singing and production. They will have 8 performances beginning July 26 through August 4, 2024. They will have 1 show that is a free matinee to senior citizens residing in nearby care centers of our community. In order to keep ticket prices low (just $15) and to fund the costs of the show, we rely on the support of patrons, donors and local businesses. Throughout the run of the show, we sell tickets for opportunity baskets to our audiences. During our two dinner theater performances, we will also have a silent auction. These fundraising opportunities are critical to the continuance of this important community program as MFAM is self-funded. Total attendance for our shows each summer is typically over 1,000 people We also have a cast of over 75 children and adults. Thank you for your support of this program!!
