Every fall, the Student American Veterinary Medical Association Chapter (SAVMA) of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine holds its annual auction. SAVMA spearheads major philanthropy events, which benefit both animals and residents in the local Philadelphia area. The auction finances special speakers, supports student-run clubs, and educational opportunities for PennVet students. Additionally, proceeds are given back to students through travel grants for veterinary conferences, symposia, and externships. In past years the auction has made over $30,000!

This year, the auction will be held on November 11, 2023. We would greatly appreciate your help in making the SAVMA Auction a success. There are multiple ways to get involved. Any donations are always a success at the auction and are something we truly appreciate. Popular donation items include gift cards to local eateries, tickets to local attractions, gift baskets, and many others. This is a great way to reach and support members of our community!
