I am reaching out to you on behalf of The Ocean is Female, a local non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that is geared towards young girls and women in our communities to empower and inspire them with kindness, strength, and healing. The goal of the OisF is to create a support network for girls and advocate for survivors of abuse. Through various opportunities and local events centered around the ocean, the riders are building a community of girls that inspire goodness and strength in each other! We are hosting our 2nd Annual OisF “Waves of Change” Fundraiser on June 23, 2022 at Reef and Barrel, in Manasquan. There will be live music, a gift auction, light bites, drinks, and more. Events like this could not be possible or successful without the support from our local businesses and companies to assist in these fundraisers. Any donation would be most graciously accepted and appreciated! We are offering a gift auction at this year’s event and I thought you would be perfect!! Again, any donation big or small does not go unappreciated!! Funds raised by this event will pay for survivors to attend surf thearpy programs for women and children who have suffered from abuse or been exposed to domestic violence.
