Considering one in three women will be diagnosed with cancer in her lifetime, Brighter Magazine seeks to immediately serve the women affected by cancer today and in the future with the resources they need through our publication and programs. These women as you know, are daughters, sisters, mothers, friends, students and employees with full lives to lead.  Recognizing the fragility of life, they want to do what it takes to heal, while missing as few activities as possible.  Survivors want to feel confident, beautiful, organized and ready to take on all that life offers. Because of the complications cancer brings, they need to implement routines, products, and purchases to reach their goals. Brighter Magazine offers these women a different kind of care. As the cancer survivors’ companion, we walk women through steps that help simplify the secondary issues related to a life with cancer.  We produce a quarterly magazine that focuses on survivor’s stories of hope and covers topics such as hair loss, mental health, health and wellness and life beyond cancer.  We also host survivor socials and other events that equip and encourage women with cancer. Our summer program is designed to help high school girls develop on a professional level while educating and equipping them knowing they are the next generation of women that sadly will be affected by cancer.

This will be our signature fundraiser in Dallas for 2024.  All monies raised will be used in our programming to help women feel supported to tackle this challenging chapter of life, empowered to make decisions with confidence, equipped to find the products and services needed to be successful, and encouraged that they are not alone.

We ask you to consider a sponsorship for Brighter Magazine’s second annual Pickleball Tournament. Donations may be in the form of monetary sponsorships or in kind donations. In kind donations will be used for tournament prizes, raffle items or swag bag items. Your generous contribution allows us to continue executing programs in person and across the nation.
