Fort Washington Forward (FWF) humbly asks your organization for a donated item for our upcoming Annual Silent Auction Fundraiser in October 2023. All funds collected support our mission of attracting smart, practical investment to the Fort Washington, Maryland community. We do this by creating resident-driven placemaking projects that create a unique identity, which we leverage to attract future outside investment.
 
Fort Washington Forward’s Programs include:
·      Community Farmers Market-Delivering farm-fresh produce, and unique local products to residents.
·      Illegal Dumping Prevention-Surveillance camera operations to deter illegal dumping in the Fort Washington community. 
·      Community Beautification--Invasive plant removal and continuous community clean up along Henson Creek Trail and other areas.
·      Community Development Forum, and Community Planning Advocacy-Hosts bi-monthly forums connecting featuring local developers, business owners, and residents to discuss ways to attract commercial tenants that represent Fort Washington’s strong families.
 
We welcome any and all donations (i.e., gift cards, entertainment and experiences, etc.). Furthermore, your company’s brand will be synonymous with this event and will be known as a contributor to the local community.
