The annual SOPAC Gala brings together patrons, community leaders and artists to raise significant funds to support local arts education, enrich individual lives, and serve those in our community and beyond through arts experiences that inspire and transform.

This year, the honorees are the South Orange/Maplewood Community Coalition on Race, a nationally recognized non-profit committed to building and maintaining a trhiving, racially integrated suburban community, and Paul Bartick, chair of the SOPAC Board of Governors from July 2016-June 2022. 

The night's festivities will include a cocktail hour with music provided by a trio of young jazz musicians from Jazz House Kids in Montclair, a strolling dinner, and a silent auction featuring products and first certificates from local businesses, unique experiences, and sporting packages.  All the auction proceeds will benefit SOPAC and its educational programs.
