The Summit School of the Poconos (SSP) is Monroe County’s only movement-rich, project-based learning environment that is grounded in civics and shared governance. Students create, imagine, and explore while they learn in a meaningful way. They learn to set goals, plan for goals, achieve
goals, and collaborate with their peers and mentors. SSP using project-based, STEAM methodologies to teach in a manner that embraces the twenty-first century, and to graduate students to compete and work in a competitive, evolving workforce.

The monies raised from the Tricky Tray benefit the school by providing funds for enrichment programs, the financial aid program, and to support the general mission of the school. Since we are a private school and are not publicly funded, it is our responsibility to raise funds for anything we need that tuition does not cover.

Generous donations from local businesses like yours have helped make previous Tricky
Trays a huge success. We welcome donations of goods, services, and gift cards. And of
course, tax deductible monetary donations are always welcome. SSP is a non-profit
organization with 501(c)3 status, so your donation is fully tax-deductible.
