The Frank Otis Elementary PTA is hosting the 11th annual Spring Fling, a gala fundraiser for our school, on April 21, 2018.  Held at the Grandview Pavilion in Alameda, Ca, the Spring Fling is an evening of delicious food, great wine, live music, and a silent and live auction attended by over 250 parents from our community of 650 students.  In addition, we will be hosting an online auction prior to the event which will allow even wider community participation.

Funds raised by the Otis PTA at this event and other events go toward paying for our art and music programs, assemblies, technology, field trips, school supplies, and even non-teaching staff pay.  This year PTA is also funding new initiatives such as a STEAM Lab, the Playworks recess support program, and Soul Shoppe, assemblies with a social emotional curriculum for all grade levels.  For this reason, local fundraising is vital to the continued success of our school.
