by contributing to our Spring Online Auction which will run June 2-18th!

BAX/Brooklyn Arts Exchange, founded in 1991, is a multigenerational arts organization nurturing creative expression
and artistic process through our education programs at the intersection of arts and social justice – including access to
Drag Performance classes for adults and children (Drag Performance: Between & Beyond Gender). Over its 30+
years, BAX has become a vital center for cultural and community life in Brooklyn, serving over 10,000 students,
artists, and audience members a year. BAX is committed to access and equity and strives to ensure that BAX
programming represents, reaches, and serves a diverse range of people, regardless of their ability to pay.

We would be most grateful for an in-kind donation to our auction which will support:
● Our growing scholarship fund provides access to the arts for all. 60% of our student body receives financial
assistance valued at $150,000 in aid each year and growing.
● Low-cost or free rehearsal space to hundreds of community groups annually.
● Arts education programming to over 10 Brooklyn public schools & community partners serving thousands of
NYC students.

In exchange for your donation, Six Flags will receive substantial visibility. The online auction will be viewable to
thousands both locally and nationally through our online partner biddingforgood.com. You will have a link to your
business on our online auction page and be highlighted in email blasts (reach 15,000 +), social media posts, and in the
BAX Building in Park Slope.
