Family Health Partnership Clinic provides health care to the uninsured men and women of our county. Since 1996, FHPC has offered primary care, dental care, integrated mental health services, chronic disease management, lab services and medications to our neighbors that do not have access to health care. Our Spring Soiree event helps raise critical funds needed to operate the Clinic and care for over 2000 patients annually.
