We are writing on behalf of the Soule Road Elementary PTO to request a donation for our raffles scheduled for November 6th during the SRE Craft Fair. At this event, we have over 300 community members attend this event. We raffle gift cards, tickets, merchandise and services generously donated by business like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for student field trips and student/parent events.

We would greatly appreciate if you could donate items for the raffles. We believe this would draw a lot of attention to our event.

Should you be willing to provide this donation request, your business will be recognized at the event, in the school newsletter and on our Soule Road Elementary PTO Facebook page. We will also provide the PTO’s E.I.N. #16-1582994 and the tax-exempt ID #230761 for your records.
