We are writing on behalf of the Soule Road Elementary PTO to request a donation for our SRE events. Our events take place during the 2021-2022 school year with the students. We have a total of over 425 students attend these events. It’s a great way for the students to get reconnect with their classmates and the staff. This is even more special since it’s been a year of not socializing with their classmates due to all the restrictions.
We also have raffles to raise money for future events. We raffle gift cards, tickets, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for student field trips and student/parent events.
Should you be willing to provide this donation, your business will be recognized at the event, in the school newsletter and on our Soule Road Elementary PTO Facebook page.
