I am writing today on behalf of Scales Elementary School. Approximately 1100 students attend our school in grades kindergarten through 6th grade.

        We are excited to be holding our annual “Step Up and Serve” fundraiser. This is our school’s primary fundraiser.  As part of this event, we will be having a silent auction on November 16, 2022. Monies raised will go directly to benefit the students by purchasing needed school equipment, electronics, and classroom materials.  In addition, each grade level will pick a charity, and 10% of the final total raised from their grade level will be donated to that charity.

We would greatly appreciate any donation your business can offer. We are looking for any items that can be auctioned, including gift certificates, merchandise, services, etc.  For your records, our tax ID number is 20-2741089.
