I am writing today on behalf of Scales Elementary School. Approximately 1000 students attend our school in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade.

        We are excited to be holding our annual “Step Up and Serve” fundraiser on September 29, 2017. This is our school’s primary fundraiser.  As part of this event, we will be having a silent auction. Monies raised will go directly to benefit each student by purchasing needed school equipment, electronics, and classroom materials.  In addition, each grade level will pick a charity and 10% of the final total raised from their grade level will be donated to that charity.

We would greatly appreciate any donation your business can offer. We are looking for any items that can be auctioned, including gift certificates, merchandise, services, etc.  For your records, our tax ID number is 20-2741089.
