2024 marks Cancer Support Community of Greater St. Louis’ 26th year of our annual Steps For Hope Walk on May 4th. After 30 years of providing free programs to anyone impacted by cancer, the need for access to this support, education and hope for those affected by any type of cancer and at any stage of the journey continues to grow. This year, we are focused on the belief that St. Louis is Stronger than Cancer and that together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, the bereaved, family, and friends in the St. Louis community. Your support is critical to Cancer Support Community of Greater St. Louis' ability to continue to deliver on its mission and also prove that St. Louis is Stronger than Cancer.

Steps for Hope participants will gather for a 1-mile or 3.7 miles walk or fun run around beautiful Creve Coeur Lake. The event at Creve Coeur Park includes the walking path around the lake, lined with information signs, sponsor signage, as well as Path of Hope Tribute signs that honor and remember loved ones. The Steps for Hope Village includes a wellness area for our sponsors to promote their companies, a sponsor pavilion, raffles, Families Connect area, snacks, entertainment and more. This family friendly event is a great place to come together and celebrate those who have been impacted by cancer. We expect over 600 registrants this year!

In-kind donors for our family raffle basket (St. Louis Summer Fun) will receive signage day-of and posts on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
