Mims is a nonprofit organzation in Oakland, California.  Our mission is to increase the number of underrepresented health professionals through mentoring , career exposure, and leadership development.

The summer internship is a four-week immerense program where students have the opportunity to receive hands-on clinical training, shadow health professionals in a variety patient care settings as well as develop their leadership skills through professional development workshops from June 5- June 30, 2023.  We will provide lunch daily for our 30 youth attendes. We are seeking donation to help with our mentoring program.
