At risk youth are often the ones who can benefit the most from mentoring programs, especially during the summer months when they are often left unsupervised. RISE, a juvenile court mentoring program for at-risk youth in Arlington County and City of Falls Church, puts in place monthly simple but thoughtful activities for youth at risk and mentors designed to creating a bonding experience between mentors and mentees, as well as providing our mentees with the opportunity to access activities that otherwise they would not be able to access.

This year, we would love to take our youth to Kings Dominion on August 25 before the school year starts. This event would be a great way to end the summer and set our goals for the upcoming school year.
