To whom it may concern:

My name is Mark King and I am the Co-Chairperson of Super Bowl of LVII and Tailgate events at Phoenix Deaf Community Center, which is run by Phoenix Association of the Deaf, Inc. (PAD) during the weekend of February 12, 2023. This non-profit organization is of, for, and by deaf and hard of hearing and the deaf/blind members and promotes the educational, social, and economic well-being of the Deaf Community where it offers social events, education seminars, and support programs. PAD is an exempted organization as described in Section 501C3 OF THE IRS.

There will be various events for family, adults, and senior citizens during the four days. PAD will offer different programs such as children’s activities, socialization, games, watch Super Bowl Game, and food. Phoenix Deaf Community Center is where the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and the Deaf/blind people have the same goal of communication, socializing, and enjoying the events without communication barriers.

We are asking for contributions to help expedite the Super Bowl LVII and Tailgate Party into an awesome success. Due to Covid-19, it has impacted many members by limiting socialization and we had to close during 2020-2021. Our goal is to bring the community together again.  We are conducting means to expand the club’s activities to meet numerous members’ preferences and interests. Any contributions such as funds, gift certificates, food and/or items will be greatly appreciated. With your contribution and/or sponsorship, we would have your logo on the PAD website.

This event is a fundraiser, and the funds will proceed to maintain and improve to build a better future for the deaf.
