My name is Karen Martinez, and I’m reaching out on behalf of Division Avenue High School PTSA to ask for your support of our Sweeps event on March 8, 2024.

DAHS PTSA is a nonprofit dedicated to being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and a strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child. We believe a donation from your company could make our event a great success.

Sweeps is a family fun bingo and raffle prize event that takes place in our high school. All proceeds generated by this event are awarded in the form of scholarships to all students that apply, have met specific academic standards and will be attending an institution of higher education or enlisting in the U.S. Military. We are looking for in-kind or gift card donations, which will be used as stand alone prizes or in gift baskets at our event.

We expect an audience of approximately 500 people as we have had in the past, and we are happy to display information about your business to recognize your status as a donor to our event. If there are specific promotional materials that you would like for us to display, please let us know. Donors will be listed on our district website, our PTSA Instagram and Facebook pages and a printed booklet each guest receives at the event.

If you would like to support our event, we kindly ask that you send the donation items to: DAHS PTSA 120 Division Ave., Levittown, NY 11756. If shipping isn’t possible, we are able to pick-up the donation from you. Please let us know if this would be feasible.
