Being a parent run cooperative, our business continuity relies significantly on the fundraising efforts of parents, and the generosity of our local businesses and organizations. Unfortunately, the stay-at-home order that was declared on March 20th, 2020 seriously impacted our more profitable end of year fundraisers, leaving us in jeopardy.

Amazingly we persevered and did open for the 2020-2021 school while the pandemic continued, however we operated at a mandated reduced capacity and significantly reduced donations making it increasingly difficult to find continuity in our operations. Overall, it has been very challenging financially, which is putting a heavy weight on our families and a looming concern over our preschool’s ability to remain open. This year’s fundraising goal is a burdensome $15,000.

We are reaching out to you, in hopes that you would consider donating to our organization for our preschool chance auction fundraiser. This pre-pandemic event historically yielded great profits for us typically between $1000-$2000 and will take place on September 11th, during the Village Wide Yard Sale. The Village Wide Yard Sale attracts hundreds of adults shopping for a bargain and supporting local organizations. In 2019 we had over 250 adults at our booth.

This year we will be breaking the tables up for different priced chance tickets to help earn more profits for generous donations. 

We’re seeking donatable items, services, experiences, gift cards and gift baskets that will be available for the community to take a chance on winning. Any business that donates to us will have their busniess listed on our websites new tab (being created) as a "Thank You To Our Supporters".
