The Deep Sea Roundup is the Port Aransas Boatmen's Associations primary fundraising effort. The DSR is a family tourament that is attended by generations for families from across Texas. We are the granddaddy of all Gulf Coast fishing tournaments and this year will be the 86th year!

We typically have around 600 to 800 anglers in attendance. We have several divisions including offshore, bay/surf, kayak, fly-fish and billfish release. We also have a junior division withing each of those. But the most fun part of the DSR is the piggy perch contest for our youngest of anglers. 

The DSR is a four day tournament with two days of fishing. 

PABA uses the funds raised to support many community events for the youth of Port Aransas and surrounding communities such as Project Graduation, Old Town Festival, Emergency Services Toy Roundup, Ellis Memorial Library Summer Reading Program and scholarships for our graduating seniors.
