Coachella Valley Volunteers in Medicine is gearing up for its fourth annual WineLover’s Auction, Saturday, February 16, 2019.  This special evening hosted at historic Thunderbird Country Club, includes a spectacular wine and hors d’oeuvres reception, silent and live auctions featuring fine wines, rare finds, fun adventures, and a sumptuous three-course dinner.

 The proceeds from this exciting event supports the CVVIM clinic, the ONLY no charge clinic in the Coachella Valley founded to provide quality medical and dental services to our under-served and neighbors.  CVVIM has served more than 30,000 individual patients since opening in 2010, and on average, VIM volunteers provide 3,500 face-to-face visits each year to 1,000 individual patients.  1,500 additional contacts are provided for diabetes and disease education, homeless outreach, health navigator services and community/social service referrals.  The CVVIM receives NO government patient reimbursements of any kind and is fully funded through gifts, grants, donations and volunteer effort.
