Description

The Boy Scout Troop 50 of Deerfield is excited about their upcoming 46th Annual Spaghetti Dinner on April 28, 2023 at Wilmot School. This is the Troop’s only annual fundraiser, and the event is not only a way to raise funds for the Troop but also an opportunity to bring our community together in a social setting. Traditionally the dinner is attended by hundreds of residents in the community as well as family and friends. In addition to proceeds from ticket sales, we also depend on donations for our silent auction.

This is where we ask for your help and support. Since this is a local event, we ask that you consider ways to contribute to our silent auction. Your donation to our silent auction advertises your business in the community, and your name will be included in the event’s program. We hope in turn this will help drive awareness of your business and additional traffic for you. We are open to any donation including but not limited to gift certificates, physical goods, discount codes, or buy one get one free coupon options. We are extremely grateful for any contribution you can make. All donations are tax deductible as our organization is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.

The Boy Scouts program at Troop 50 provides many opportunities for the kids from Deerfield, Highland Park, and Highwood to participate in service projects, youth leadership training, and outdoor educational programs. One way the Troop gives back to the local community is through its annual Haunted House which raises money for the local food pantries. In fall of 2022, the Troop donated over $1300 dollars and 40 bags of food. Troop 50 prides itself on being part of this wonderful community and has a remarkable track record of producing many outstanding youth leaders and Eagle Scouts each year.
