he TXTA Foundation Main Event is our largest fundraiser of the year, ensuring the Foundation can continue its mission of funding educational opportunities and community programs to enhance the understanding and image of the trucking industry. The Main Event kicks off TXTA’s Annual Conference every year with 300 to 400 attendees. This year’s Main Event will take place at the J.W. Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio of July 26.

The evening includes a live and silent auction, a raffle, paddles up and other activities to raise funds for the Foundation. 

The trucking industry is the heart and soul of the supply chain, transporting everything from food and medicine to equipment that make sporting events and concerts possible. These are some of the hardest working women and men in the country. And it’s not just the truck drivers, it’s the entire industry. Mechanics, office personnel, dock workers and more all work together to keep the supply chain moving.

TXTA Foundation’s scholarship program allows us to give back to these men and women and their families by easing the financial burden associated with higher education or trade/technical schools. Since its inception, the Foundation has awarded more than $2 million in scholarship to over 300 deserving students—a number we aim to continue increasing year after year.
