The United Way of the Great River Region unites people and resources to build a stronger community. Our three main focuses are health, education and financial stability. We support three counties in three states, which are Lee County, Iowa; Hancock County Illinois; and Clark County Missouri. Locally we provide help to 22 agencies, such as The Advocacy Network for Children, food panties, The Domestice Violence Intervention Program, the Boy and Girls Scouts program and so much more. Our golg outing is one of two fundraisers we have each year that helps raise funds to support our local organization. We would us your donation in a silent auction, which typically raises about 10 to 20 percent of all funds raised at the golf outing.
