Description

It’s been rough for us all and as we see a light at the end of the tunnel, we hope that the community can continue to heal.  As we plan the 2021 VIMY Awards & WineLover's Auction scheduled for November 13, 2021, we are hoping you will continue to support us as we honor a significant contributor to healthcare in our Coachella Valley and beyond.  

We will call 2021 our inaugural year as COVID robbed us of that last year and we will be honoring R. Ronald Hare, MD and CVVIM Founder, in the way this award was intended.  This special evening hosted at historic Thunderbird Country Club, includes a spectacular wine and hors d’oeuvres reception, silent and live auctions featuring fine wines, rare finds, fun adventures, a sumptuous three-course dinner, entertainment and a few surprises!

Proceeds from this exciting event supports the CVVIM clinic, the ONLY free clinic in the Coachella Valley founded to provide quality medical and dental services to our under-served and neighbors.  CVVIM has served more than 35,000 individual patient visits since opening in 2010.

CVVIM volunteers provide 3,000 direct patient care visits each year to 1,000 individual patients.  1,500 additional contacts are provided for diabetes and disease education, homeless outreach, health navigator services and community/social service referrals.  CVVIM is fully funded through gifts, grants, donations and volunteer effort. 

Won’t you consider a silent or live auction donation of rare or collector’s wine, a wine dinner experience for four or more, tickets to a wine tasting event or gift card for your restaurant?  Donations will be promoted on social media and our website.  Links will be provided on logo representation.  Live Auction items will be promoted in the event/program catalog for the event which will include your logo.  A looping video for the evening will include all donor’s logos.
