We Are Change Rally is a statewide celebration and gathering of youth dedicated to elevating the message around youth choosing to be substance free and active contributors fueled by knowledge, skills and attributes to impacting positive change in their communities throughout the state.

Since its beginning in 2012, thousands of young people from across the state have convened in Columbus annually to show their commitment to a healthy lifestyle, deconstruct the stigma around teen substance misuse and support one another with like-minded individuals.

Twelve hundred youth leaders from across Ohio will come together in Columbus on April 19, 2024 to share and celebrate their accomplishments in their own communities over the past year.  They will celebrate work to prevent substance misuse, reduce stigma around mental illnesses and promote mental health wellness. This positive, uplifting event serves as an energizer and catalyst for youth returning to make a positive difference in their communities.

Planned by a dedicated Youth Council, the theme for this year's event is "What's Poppin' Ohio". The event program will focus on highlighting youth work across the state and feature youth leaders as hosts, entertainers and speakers.
