Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is excited to announce its campus-wide event: Week of Welcome 2023, which celebrates the new semester and welcomes all students on campus. Weeks of Welcome celebration will last from August 18 – September 10, 2023, and include signature events, food, clubs and organizations fairs, entertainment, activities, and games that help create a sense of belonging for all students.  We are expecting to reach over 3,000 students throughout the celebration.  Our students work the front lines of our programs and services often telling new students where to eat, hang out, and what to do for fun in the Richmond area. 

During the signature events, we will have lively drawings, wherein students can win prizes donated by various local businesses. We would like to request your participation and support for VCU Weeks of Welcome 2023.  We humbly request your support by providing merchandise, giveaway prizes, gift certificates and or passes. Your company will be listed as a co-sponsor of Weeks of Welcome.
