1863FWD Care 2 Care NFP was founded in February 2021 that was purposed to advance causes for the distressed, underprivileged and the disenfranchised providing holistic services to create positive social impact.

Mission:

Provide compassionate care that makes a positive impact on individuals, groups, families and communities for a more enhanced quality of life that lasts a lifetime.

Services:

We have provided mental health services to the community, those formerly incarcerated, adult children of the Illinois child welfare system through various modes of therapy outside of talk therapy. This includes yoga, mindfulness, art therapy, journaling and grief therapy.  Our organization is committed to grooming emerging professionals in the social work field to have compassion and empathy for those who are considered the least of us and providing help and hygiene products to individuals who are undomiciled. We believe that our youth deserve education with integrity and truth and have begun providing Underground Railroad tours that underscore American history and the strength of descendents of Africa and their plight in America.
