Alley Cats and Angels (Alley Cats) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), all volunteer, foster home based, cat rescue dedicated to improving the lives of the stray, abandoned, and feral cats, and to the overall reduction of homeless cats in the Triangle area of NC through our adoption, barn cat, and spay/neuter assistance programs.
