American Cancer Society's annual San Francisco Discovery Gala will be held on September 26th at the Westin St Francis. This is one of the top three American Cancer Society fundraisers in the country and we will seek to raise more than $2 million in the effort to finish the fight against cancer.
Our auction is a vital piece of our event to raise funds and we would truly appreciate your support.
Participation in our auction includes the following benefits:
• All auction donations will be included on the Discovery Gala website, program, and on-site signage.
• Silent Auction donations will be recognized on table-top signage at the event that will include a description of the item and the donor’s name
• Silent Auction donations will be promoted the night of the event via mobile bidding that will include a description of the item and the donor’s name.
• Live Auction donations will be featured on signage and projection screens during the event and described by the auctioneer during the Live Auction segment of the program
The evening’s activities include a Sponsor VIP Reception, live and silent auction, elegant dinner, and special guest entertainment. Nearly 500 high profile corporate sponsors, business and philanthropic leaders will be in attendance this year.
Today, two out of every three people diagnosed with cancer will survive – and we aim to make that three out of three. With your help, we can make that happen. Together, we can make this a world with less cancer and more birthdays!
