The Charles T. Sitrin Health Care Center’s mission is to provide help, inspire hope, and facilitate healing to people in need through integrated, compassionate care delivered in a safe and nurturing environment. Services include long-term care, assisted living, a NeuroCare Program for persons with Huntington’s Disease & ALS, outpatient and inpatient medical rehabilitation, dental clinic, adaptive sports, concussion management, military rehabilitation program, special needs residences, adult day programs, child care, and a Wellness and Aquatic Center.
