Service Above Self Mission Statement: The mission of Rotary International is to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through its fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.

Donation Request:  We are hoping for a donation to be used in the Silent Auction to help raise funds to be donated to local community causes such as schools, human services and health.

On April 27, 2019, the Rotary Club of East Lake Sunrise will be hosting our 13th Annual ‘Cruisin the Park’ Community Festival and Charity Car Show at John Chesnut Sr. Park in Palm Harbor.  This annual fundraising event serves as our primary source of funds which are donated to local community causes such as the YMCA, Clearwater Free Clinic, various East Lake High School programs, The Children’s Home, Homeless Emergency Project, Juvenile Alzheimer’s Summer Camp, Alzheimer’s Foundation, along with many others, to name a few.  See our website for the list of the local community causes we support.

Each year we’ve seen an increase in both vehicles and attendance, this year anticipating another great turnout exceeding last year’s event of more than 250 show vehicles and over 3000 spectators. The reason for the popularity is that it has evolved into much more than just a car show, it is a family friendly Community Festival!  We host this event with the YMCA, helping promote the Y's nationally recognized “Healthy Kids Day”, including displays and activities from the Sheriff's Department, Fire/Rescue, High School and many other local community and non-profit organizations.

As your company is well recognized amongst our audience, please consider assisting us in our fundraising effort.  We are looking for help in any manner and appreciate whatever you can do.  To date, with community support, we have raised more than $100,000 from these events, with 100% of the proceeds going to charity.
