Border Youth Athletic Association was founded in 2000 with the mission to use sports and academics to encourage and guide students in the Paso del Norte region towards their highest potential and success.
Compelled by this mission for over 20 years, BYAA has served hundreds of low-income, high-need students at elementary schools located within El Paso County’s colonia communities, provided college preparatory mentorship to hundreds of students in the Paso del Norte Region, and directly aided nearly 60 area youth in attaining college scholarship opportunities.
