Elderberry Elementary regarding our Annual Spring Festival. All community members are welcome. We have food, music, games, and prizes for the community. Elderberry Elementary staff, with the help of parents of our
students, organizes, sets up, works, and cleans up the festival. It is a fun time for everyone involved and an
instrumental tool in raising money for students’ programs, activities, and field trips.
The benefits of programs, activities, and field trips are priceless; they engage students by exposing them to
real-world situations and hands-on experiences. A student-engaged program can spark a lifelong love of
learning in a child and introduce them to people and places they would not usually be exposed to.
Since your company is active in the community, we would like to ask for your help with our festival. In the
past, businesses have donated various gifts, prizes, and school supplies to help generate funds during our
festival. These items have contributed to our school's success. Donations directly benefit the school because
100% of the proceeds go to our programs and field trips fund. Elderberry Elementary is asking you to please
consider donating to our festival this year. We need prizes, items to raffle, etc. Any contribution will be greatly
appreciated.
