Friends of Northside facilitates a more engaged community at Northside College Prep, which leads to an enhanced learning environment for our students. The FON raises money to support afterschool activities, clubs, sports programs, and staffing positions not covered by the public school. Northside College Prep is a diverse student body that attracts students throughout the city of Chicago. 40% of the families live at or below the poverty line. Our yearly benefit raises money to support the school's additional needs.
