Established in 2018, Gift of Hope Community Foundation is the philanthropic and fundraising arm of the Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donation Network (Gift of Hope).  Gift of Hope is the largest organ procurement organization in Illinois with a service area of over 12 million people.  Annually our fundraising efforts support Gift of Hope's vital programs including donor family resources, education about organ and tissue donation and transplantation, and partnering on research and development.  Gift of Hope's mission is to save and enhance the lives of as many people as possible through organ and tissue donation.
