Webster Parent Teacher Club (WPTC) bylaws, the mission of WPTC is to promote the welfare of children in the home, school and community and to develop a closer relationship between educators and families. Through our efforts we strive to secure the highest advantages in physical, mental and social education for all children.

The WPTC purpose is to work with the school’s parents, teachers and administrators for the benefit of the entire school. The WPTC shall help in the organization of extra-curricular activities and participate in fundraising efforts. The WPTC shall seek to promote child welfare in the home, school and community through the cooperative effort of parents and teachers. Through its fundraising efforts, the WPTC can provide funds for programs and services that benefit that school site or its curriculum.
