To Whom It May Concern,
Ve’ahavta is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting positive change in the lives of people of all faiths and backgrounds who have been marginalized by poverty and hardship.
On Wednesday, June 5, 2019, Ve’ahavta will be hosting Off the Clock, a night of networking featuring
the 5th Annual Full-House Poker Tournament. The event is a fun night out with high stakes poker and networking, bringing people together to help support the work of Ve’ahahvta. The event has 150 participants, many of whom are corporate groups who participate in the evening, buying tables for their staff and giving them the opportunity to learn about the organization.
Some of the most important features of the night include our first-class prize tables, door-prizes and a silent auction. We ask that you consider donating a prize for our event that will help increase the funds raised during the evening.
All prize donors will receive acknowledgement at the event and in communication materials to the entire Ve’ahavta community. In addition, where applicable, charitable tax receipts will be issued.
Your generosity will help Ve’ahahvta continue to run programs that restore dignity, create a sense of empowerment and deepen empathy.
