A community-centered, family-oriented organization which promotes the growth of individuals and families through interaction, education, awareness, and recreation.
Our facility houses an early learning program for children ages 2-5, as well as out of school time care for school age children through age 12. In addition to our childcare, we have meeting rooms that are used by self-help organizations, service organizations, Girl Scouts, and rented out by individuals. We also have a Silver Sneakers certified fitness center as part of our program. FBI fingerprinting through Identogo is another service we offer. The Jefferson DeFrees Family Center is the local affiliate for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library of Warren County, a literacy initiative for children under 5 years of age.
