At Lighthouse Noir, our mission is to power positive development in Desoto by supporting and sponsoring members of the black community to learn one or more tech skills.
Our vision is to create an organization with the right capacity to significantly contribute immensely to tech-powered local economy in Desoto, Texas through our programs and activities.
We have the right experience and expertise to set up Lighthouse Noir and start impacting people who are members of the black minority community in Desoto, Texas so they can get the right knowledge and tech skills to get jobs with different companies that are operating in and outside the community.
People’s trust in our brand and programs will increase after our first year of operation, we also intend to achieve good experience for beneficiaries who signed up for our programs so they can truthfully share their experience with their peers and corporate bodies that will be open to partnership with Lighthouse Noir.
