Our mission is to help amputee children and their families attend camps/clinics and events geared towards children with limb differences. There are so many great opportunities for these children to connect with other children who have faced simliar challenges. We don't want any financial barriers to get in ther way of making these connections that are critical for the self esteem and self acceptance. We also raise money to provide prosthetic running blades. These are not covered by insurance companies because they are thought to be luxuries not necessities. Imagine telling a child "NO" to something that would have a life changing impact on their ability to run. We will be hosting a chairty golf tournament and silent auction and would very much appreciate any donation.
