(OTES) serves 500 students in a
diverse neighborhood straddling Silver
Spring and Kensington, MD. The
OTES PTA uses funds raised to give
after-school-activity scholarships to
low-income families, for maintaining an
educational garden on school grounds,
and for holding community events like
International Night and Martin Luther
King Jr. Day of Service.
