Who we are:
Retired Employees of the City of San Antonio (RECOSA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization chartered by the State of Texas. RECOSA is comprised of retired non-uniformed City of San Antonio employees, and with a volunteer Board of Directors. RECOSA does not collect dues, and depends totally on financial and non-financial support from individual contributors, businesses, and other organizations.
RECOSA membership: 4000+ members.
Mission
The RECOSA mission is to inform retired municipal employees of the City of San Antonio and other stakeholders on topics related to healthcare, benefit matters and local opportunities and to promote and sponsor activities for mutual benefit of members and the local community.
