Serving Seniors, a San Diego nonprofit, has served low-income seniors with essential programs and services in a welcoming, supportive environment. Since 1970, we have earned national and international recognition for our comprehensive service model and innovative approach to senior care. We serve adults age 60+, and more than 85% of our clients live below Federal Poverty Level. Nearly 5,000 low-income seniors rely on Serving Seniors every year, and we are proud to provide all services free of charge. We provide support through transitional and permanent housing programs, nutritious congregate and home delivered meals, lifelong learning classes, group fitness, community socials and holiday parties, nursing services, case management, psychiatric assistance, and more.
