Each year, despite efforts to have pets spayed and neutered and TNR programs, our rescue and the Orange County, CA shelter are overwhelmed with stray orphan kittens. We are continually trying to lower the high euthanasia rate of this group of pets at the shelter by taking kittens into our rescue. Smitten with the Kittens also takes in kittens directly from the Orange County area and supports our community's pet owners through the monthly OC Pet Food Pantry.
